Bad Reed is making good music for an eclectic niche of eccentric souls in love with boxing up hate and shipping it away into the soundless sad sack abyss. Comprised of guitarist Graham Walker and vocalist Sydney Sollazzo, with Costa Chatzis on percussion and Austin Sharpe on bass, Bad Reed joined forces in the spring of 2015. To close out a dynamic year of live performances and stellar studio jam sessions, the Brantford, Ontario pseudo-rock quartet has released their debut EP for alt-rock listener’s free enjoyment. Offering three songs in “Punch It”, “Slackjaw Romance”, and “Cassava”, the band’s self-titled mini-album is musically expansive, showcasing their enormous potential and likelihood of career-long success. Bad Reed will spend 2016 touring Canada.
