The AVENGERS - Private Screening (Review)
May 03, 2012 1 commentsreview by Meosha “Mimi” Davis
DOPE Magazine was invited to a private screening of the Marvel classic “The AVENGERS”, one of the most anticipated films of the year.
This film featured the comic book’s main Super Hero’s The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and my personal favorite, Captain America.
The Super Hero’s all ban together ((definitely not by choice or easily)) with the help of Nick Fury, played by Samuel L. Jackson.
With the powerful forces combined, and egos placed aside, they attack Loki in his quest for world domination. From start to finish, the film was non-stop action. We had the pleasure of screening the film in 3-D which intensified the shock value.
Accompanied with witty humor mainly by the likes of Iron Man, Thor, and The Hulk, outstanding visuals, and an All Star cast, Avengers is a franchise that will be around for years to come.
I give the film an A+, yet I suggest it is watched in 3-D to get the ultimate experience. Make sure you stay past the credits for a surprise!
The Avengers opens in theaters nationwide Friday May 4, 2012.
